IT Operations Specialist II
IT HELPDESK LEVEL II TECHNICIAN
The IT Operations Specialist II is responsible for all second-level service desk and operations support through taking calls and online request handling the resulting incidents or service request, using the incident management and request fulfillment processes. Responsible for all operations turnover and support readiness as well as basic Data Center Operations. Understand how to use and configure TrackIt or equivalent service desk system for managing incidents and request. Five (5) to seven (7) years Windows desktop experience. Working knowledge of key hospital and AMR applications. Three (3) to five (5) years of familiarity with problem resolution. Personable, adaptable, and willing to take on new responsibilities. High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor Degree or equivalent college experience preferred.
