High school diploma or equivalent is required

Position Summary: Responsible for the maintenance, repair, and installation of personal computer hardware and software, and to provide user support throughout HHS. This position also answers trouble calls on the Help Desk as well as providing front line support to end users on all HHS applications.
Primary Position Responsibilities: Responsible for asset management, including: Inventory tracking; set up & configuration; deployment; disposal. Responsible for providing end-user hardware and desktop support. Responsible for providing training to end-users on new hardware and set up. Special projects and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: Minimum Education Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent
Preferred: Associate's Degree
Certificate and/or Advanced Specialized or Technical Training.
Preferred: 1 - 3 years computer support experience, call center/phone support experience.
Knowledge, Skills and/or Abilities Required: Configure, deploy, maintain, troubleshoot and support computer workstations, laptops, printers, scanners, etc. Detail oriented with quality phone skills; Experience with supporting PCs, WYSE terminals, printers as well as basic networking as it relates to client access.
