HR Lead Recruiter/Generalist
Finger Lakes Health has launched a search for a Lead Healthcare Recruiter, which is a newly created position. Position Highlights: ·
Lead new and enhanced sourcing and metrics implementation
Collaborate with HR and department leaders to implement recruitment
Technology - Enhance utilization and optimization of the health system's ATS
Human Resource Partner supporting specific department needs in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations and retention.
What you will do: ·
Utilize a variety of cost efficient sourcing techniques to recruit high quality candidates
Lead the implementation of improved sourcing strategies, HR metrics and ATS utilization
Serve as the primary resource for the utilization of enhanced sourcing strategies. ·
Lead improvements in work flow, efficiency and productivity within the HR and Nurse Recruitment departments. ·
Function as the HR partner for identified departments including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations and retention.
What you will need: ·
- 4 year degree in Human Resources or a related field. ·
Demonstrated passion for recruitment and a proven track record working in a high volume hiring environment that has high performing Recruitment and Talent Acquisition functions and processes. Minimum 3 years of recruitment/talent acquisition experience preferably in healthcare. ·
Extensive experience utilizing a variety of successful recruitment sourcing methods
Experience in integrating social media and digital marketing based sourcing initiatives
High level of proficiency and experience utilizing and optimizing ATS, excel and HRIS systems
Experience successfully leading and implementing process improvement initiatives
Exceptional interpersonal, organizational and communications skills
Must be Flexible with the work schedule/hours based on sourcing needs
