Provides direct & indirect care to patients & leads team toward goal achievement. Coordinates & directs care given by other team members. Address systems issues to facilitate the provision of quality efficient care. Delegates appropriately to other team members. Excellent communication skills, leadership ability, time management & problem solving skills required. Minimum Qualifications & Requirements: Licensed RN with critical care or telemetry experience. ACLS certified At least 1 - 2 year of critical care experience. Must pass the medication and critical care tests.
