Notes	RN ICU (perm only) Our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) is a multi-disciplinary Intensivist-run unit that focuses on state of the art medical procedures while providing family-centered care in a Planetree environment. Designated as a Beacon Unit by AACN, our 20 bed ICU has a mix of open heart, cardiac intervention, neurosurgical, pulmonary and sepsis patients and has the only hypothermia post arrest program in the area. Spacious rooms allow for continual family presence. Pet, music and massage therapy are just some of the things we do to improve the care experience. 50% of our ICU staff have their CCRN. Education is encouraged for all staff and the unit has a clinical educator full time on the unit. Requirements: 2-3 years RECENT ICU experience, ACLS, BLS, TNCC preferred. Salary range: $27.13+ per hour. Must have 2-3 years + experience. Facility does provide $1.00 extra an hour for BSN and certifications. Shift differentials are 3.50 for night, 3.50 for weekends, and 2.25 for evenings. Benefits information: eligible one month after hire date. Sign on bonus information: 4000 relocation bonus. Relocation reimbursement information: 1/12 of annual salary for relocation assistance ** can choose relocation or Intermittent Housing: anyone living 50 miles outside of KRMC will be provided lodging 12 hours before or after shift.
