Notes	RN PRN LTC Level II Position Summary: Working under direction of/supervision of Nurse Manager, directs and takes responsibility for total care of residents on a team. Responsible for implementing interventions designed to achieve the goals and objectives of the resident plan of care. Works in collaboration with other healthcare professionals, residents and their families. Functions as a role model for staff. Recruitment Requirements: RN, BSN preferred. Current PA license. One year experience in Long Term Care setting preferred. Demonstrates positive communication skills and ability to relate to staff in professional manner; able to relate to all levels of staff.
