Notes	Director for Women and Children Services Accountable for the overall operation of designated nursing departments. This includes the effective and efficient allocation, utilization and management of the financial, human and material resources within areas of responsibility. Applicants to this position must have a current RN license, a BS in Nursing as well as a MS in Nursing or related administrative field. Additional requirements include a minimum of 10 years experience in the practice of professional nursing, a minimum of five years experience in a related clinical area, and a minimum of five years experience in a Director role for Women and Children's Services which includes Labor and Delivery, Mother/Baby, Nursery/NICU and Pediatrics.
