Azteria is a recruiting and career management system for the United States Healthcare Industry. We work with all specialties across Permanent, multi-week ‘travel’, and Per Diem opportunities. We serve candidates and employers in Healthcare better than anyone else.

For candidates, we are an 'open' system that connects you with any job, posted anywhere if we are paid or not to deliver the highest quality of job opportunities for you possible. We also use our database of every healthcare employer to allow you to identify who we should send your profile to to make your availability known to them. We know, or generate the best opportunities for you. You can be confidential and initiate the process, or you can be open and have your name and number available to qualified recruiters who can initiate the process.

For employers, our solution combines the functions of advertising / job boards and recruiting to create the most cost effective process for your staffing needs. We work with candidates to determine what is best for them and which facilities we work with that they should look at. We require candidates to complete an exhaustive profiling process that is unique to each specialty, before they can take up your time. Our process tracks who is available, when, where, and how long it’s been since we learned that. Our candidates are the most qualified and more interested specifically in you than any other candidates you will find.

Azteria was created by two individuals each with the unique perspectives of working in Travel Nursing, Enterprise Supply Chain Management Software and Internet industries. Together, Lloyd Fassett and Jim Smith saw an opportunity to develop an application that dramatically increased quality and decreased quantity of transactions for employers and their most valued potential employees.
