    Per Diem / Daily Contracting 9/3/10 ASAP Denver, CO Allied: Pulmonary Function Technician     - AA Degree Required or Equivalent Experience. - CPFT, CRT, RPF, ES, RCEP or RRT credentials req'd - 2+ years of recent and related experience required To perform, as a pulmonary physiology technologist, the most advanced and complex pulmonary function testing procedures to assess pulmonary response in clinical and research patients. Responsibilities in addition to testing include complex calibrations, calculation of data, training, and evaluating accuracy, reliability and reproducibility of results to meet or exceed all national standards. Required to administer, under medical direction, medication and asthma-producing substances to patients. To perform special assignments at the direction of the Director of the Pulmonary Physiology Services. Able to perform basic and complex pulmonary diagnostic procedures and the ability to interact with patients, physicians and managers in a productive manner. Essential understanding of respiratory physiology. Must possess good organizational and customer service skills.

    "Total Compensation" is estimated total hourly pay and does not include normal contracting benefits. This is the number you need to use in order to compare any healthcare contracting opportunities.
    "Hourly Pay" is an estimated hourly pay including a typical benefits package, which will be customized for each person depending on your needs and desires. However, the Total Compensation Value can not be exceeded.
    Typical benefits used in this calculation are based on three 12 hour shifts per week and a thirteen week contract.
    Benefits include basic health insurance $1.25/hour ($180/month), travel $0.69/hour ($300/contract) and housing $9.03/hour ($1300 per month).
