Westways has been an enthusiastic customer for 2 years as we have been the source of over 50% of his travel nurses while we’re developing our process. Harold has a very deep industry expertise in Per Diem, Travel and International nursing. Harold holds a current California nursing license and was an Emergency Room RN for 10 years before founding Westways.

From 1998 to 2004 she grew Medical Resource Network, a Travel Nurse business from scratch to successful disposition. Prior to that she grew the Travel Nurse Division of HRN Services from billings of $1,000 a week to $100,000 week.
As COO of Nursing Management Services, a global international nurse recruiting business, she was instrumental in growing revenues from $800,000 per year to $18,000,000 per year and was a key executive when the company went public.
Prior to getting involved in the nurse staffing industry she was Associate Director of Nursing at Brotman Medical Center, Culver City, Ca., Per Diem Nursing Supervisor and Inpatient Nursing Supervisor at Orthopedic Hospital, Los Angeles, Ca. and Associate Director of Nursing at Medical Center of North Hollywood, North Hollywood, Ca.
She hold a Masters of Healthcare Administration from the University of La Verne, La Verne, Ca., Bachelor of Arts, Health Science and Community Health from Jersey City State College, Jersey City, NJ and a Nursing Diploma from St. Mary Hospital, School of Nursing, Hoboken, NJ.
